Ahh, yeah; I know that feeling well. I'm not much of a writer (though I do RP quite a bit back on LJ) these days, but I'm part of a collaborative project - a crossover AU, actually - and more often than not, I found myself veering off in wildly different directions from what I'd originally intended. Fun as it can be, it's also a little… headdesk inducing?

Ah, the concept art! I love that stuff. Discovered it recently, exclaimed over it at length, and the idea of making an AU out of it is definitely an interesting one. I'll keep an eye out for this!

Heh, hate to break it to you, but I've read AWTDC a few times now. I'm not a Yuffentine fan, but I like the story and your portrayal of the characters.
